Shipping Policy

SNL Foods ships PAN-India via Delhivery. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

Where we ship

All serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, the cart will let you know at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery

• Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched in 24–48 hours from our Jammu facility (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Metros: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Tier-2/3 cities & remote pincodes: 5–8 working days from dispatch.
• Tracking: You'll receive an email and SMS with a Delhivery tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.
• Free shipping may be available above a minimum order value — displayed in cart when applicable.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply depending on order value and is shown clearly at checkout.

Packaging

All products are sealed in food-grade packaging and shipped in protective outer cartons. If you receive a damaged or tampered shipment, please refuse delivery or write to us within 48 hours.
