The heart of our range. Curated from Kashmir and the Pahadi belt — Mamra almonds, walnuts from Kashmir's high valleys, real Kashmiri Kesar (saffron), Anardana, and other regional favourites that don't taste quite the same anywhere else.

Climate, altitude and tradition do most of the work. We just source, clean and pack — carefully, in small batches, in Jammu.
