Refunds & Returns

We stand behind every pack we send out. If something isn't right, write to us — we'll make it right.

What's covered

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal.
  • Order missing items.
  • Expired stock (we do strict checks before dispatch, but if it slips through, we'll replace it in full).

What's not covered

  • Change of mind once a sealed pack has been opened.
  • Personal taste preferences — we encourage smaller pack sizes for first-time trial.
  • Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery.

How to raise a claim

  1. Email snlfoodsindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number plus 1–2 clear photos of the outer carton, the product pack, and the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within one working day with a replacement or refund decision.

Refund timelines

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method in 5–7 working days once approved.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer to a UPI ID or account number you share with us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible — but for COD orders, you can simply refuse delivery.
