How we choose our ingredients

1. Source. We pick farms and growers based on region, season and grade — Kashmiri walnuts from the high valleys, Mamra almonds from Kashmir, Anardana from Pahadi pomegranates, Kesar from Pampore, and so on.
2. Inspect. Each lot is checked for size, colour, moisture and aroma before it enters our facility.
3. Clean. Sorted and cleaned by hand and machine to remove broken kernels, stones, and dust.
4. Pack small-batch. Packed in Jammu in food-grade material so what reaches you is fresh, not stale warehouse stock.
