Our Kashmir & Pahadi Specials — like Kashmiri Walnuts, Mamra Almonds, Kesar, Anardana — are sourced from the Kashmir Valley and adjoining Pahadi regions. Each product page tells you exactly where it's from.

No artificial colours or unnecessary additives. Where a product is just the ingredient itself (e.g., almonds, walnuts, jeera), we say so on the pack and on the product page.

Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Reseal the pack after use, or transfer to an airtight container — this protects crunch and aroma.

Each pack carries a clear best-before date. Stored well, dry fruits typically stay fresh for 6–9 months and whole spices for 12 months.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the pack and product. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

Orders can be cancelled before they're dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but you can refuse delivery if needed (for COD orders).

Approved refunds reflect in 5–7 working days for prepaid orders. For COD, we'll request your bank details to process the refund.
